  (General)

 * Changed pack description.

  (Autumn)

 * Removed sound_definitions.json from the sub-pack. I decided the moss sounds didn't work.
 * Removed music_definitions.json. I decided the biome and season dependant music events were not in line with my vision for the pack.
 * Addressed the issue with grass sides in Roofed Forests. they are now a similar green to the grass tops (wish i could make them yellow again tho T^T).
 * Smoothened some of the biome transitions on grass sides.

  (Winter)

 * Added moss_block.png, cave_vines_body.png, cave_vines_head.png, cave_vines_body_berries.png, and cave_vines_head_berries.png.
 * Fixed grass sides in Roofed Forests, though this necessitated that the snow effect be achieved using a texture.
 * Removed the tint color from waterlilies.
 * Grass Blocks now render properly in the hotbar and inventory.
 * Carried Grass Blocks are now made snowy using blocks.json.
 * Brightened swamp water color.
 * Added winter menu panorama
