Animated Outlined Ores v Update

Supported versions of minecraft

Tired of finding diamonds in the dark cave or even coals is not noticeable because of his black colors. In this texture packs i added an animated borders to the ores that can be help for spotting ores in the dark cave.This worked perfectly fine on 1.16+ and 1.17 above version.
