The mod includes a custom 4D Skin and texture for Chucky, along with a armor stand that fits his size and a few custom animations. players can also summon him using the spawn eggs or function command, which summons Chucky without the egg. The mod also includes sound effects for Chucky, such as stabbing sounds when being hit.
