The RMS Titanic was largest and most luxurious ocean liner to ever be built. She was built by the White Star line from 1909 to 1912. In the spring of that year, Titanic steamed off on her maiden voyage which was never completed. On April 15, Titanic struck an iceberg and sunk. From that night, the ship was not seen until 1985, when the wreck was discovered.The SS Nomadic was built in 1909 to transport mail and passengers to and from Titanic and her sister ship, Olympic. Today Nomadic stands alone as the last ship build by the White Star Line.
