Mazda Efini RX Type R FDS

The day when I remaster the RX7FD is a day that was bound to come, and alas, here is that day. The Mazda RXFD, or if you were living between 1991 - 1997 in Japan, the ɛ̃fini RX7FD. After the success of the RX7FB and subsequently the RX7FC, Mazda were in the discussion of developing a proper and worthy successor that lives up to the RX7 lineup. A machine that could prove to the world that rotary engines are not just high end performance capable, but also reliable enough to be used as conventional everyday vehicles (to a certain extent). And prove they did (kind of). Fast forward to the present and without a doubt, the RX7FD is now pretty much a cult classic amongst JDM lovers and car enthusiasts in general alike whether it be for it's properly done curve-ish, sleek and modern design, it's iconic and performable engine (13B rotary madness) or the unique and eargasmic sound of the rotary engine.
